Assistant Manager of Public Awareness and Protection
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager of Public Awareness and Protection based in Baghdad, who is passionate about contributing to the financial sector's integrity and public trust.
Responsibilities
●Enhance public awareness and understanding of financial protection measures. ●Work in alignment with CBI regulations and guidelines to promote financial safety and awareness. ●Develop and implement strategies to educate the public on financial security and protection. ●Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to public financial education and safety.
Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields such as Economics, Public Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Statistics, Quality Management, Law, Business Economics/Banking Management, Investment and Resources, Accounting and Financial Control. ●Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role. ●Resident of Baghdad Governorate. ●Prior experience in private or government banks, money transfer companies, or electronic payment companies. ●Comprehensive knowledge of laws, instructions, and regulations issued by the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) and related legal frameworks. ●Clean legal record with no convictions of felonies or misdemeanors involving moral turpitude. ●Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good command of the English language. ●Preferred candidates with approval from the CBI as Assistant Director of the Public Awareness and Protection Department will be given preference.
